I will never get another company to come clean carpets again. This machine is a beast and I can clean my carpets as many times as I want knowing that it has paid itself off in 3 uses. My carpets smell amazing, they look amazing and all the dirt came right out!

I use to have a Bissle. This RoboGem carpet washer is far better. It has strong suction power. The clean water tank just tent to run empty very fast. Carpets dry within an hour. So easy to clean, speacially where the rollers are. Only downside.. no preference on what liquid soap to use and also no level indication. And the soap I bought say dilute to machine instructions. Did not try it, but can even wash floors, like the Thenico, with rollers supplied.

Having six dogs at home, this machine has effortlessly brought my rugs back to life, making them appear brand new. It's not much heavier than a substantial vacuum cleaner, and its operation is straightforward and efficient. The powerful suction, combined with the heater, ensures that my carpets are spotless and dry in no time. Simply fill the top bin with hot water and cleaning solution, turn it on, and pull the handle to dispense water while moving the cleaner. The automatic suction into the bottom bin removes the dirty water, revealing just how much grime was hidden in the rugs. I went over each of my large area rugs twice with the cleaning solution and then twice more with plain hot water to rinse them. The whole process took around 2 hours, and the outcome was truly exceptional, justifying every penny spent on this product. The only minor drawback is the need to frequently refill the freshwater bin, but this minor inconvenience is easily overshadowed by the fantastic results. The RoboGem Carpet Washer has indeed transformed my living space, and I wholeheartedly endorse this product for those seeking spotless, quickly drying carpets.
