We are very sad this happened to you, it is unfortunate that water and electronics do not mix, therefore it is considered Beyond Economical Repair.

Best case scenario, with all spares being available and after payment is received, up to 3 working days

What happens if I don’t want to go ahead with the repair?

You may arrange collection or you would need to pay for shipping the drone back to you and the assessment fee

  1. Log Your Repair Ticket: Once you log a ticket, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to ship your item to us.
  2. Confirmation of Receipt: Upon receiving your item, we will send you an email to confirm that it has safely arrived at our facility.
  3. Assessment and Estimate: Our expert technicians will assess your item and provide an estimate for the repair costs. We are committed to transparency and providing you with all the information you need to make an informed decision.
  4. Approval and Payment: If you decide to proceed with the repairs, we'll require full payment upfront. We understand the importance of your item to you, and we are dedicated to restoring it to perfect condition. If you choose not to proceed, a diagnostic fee of R700 will apply.
  5. Quality Repair and Testing: Once repaired, we rigorously test your item to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and functionality.
  6. Completion and Return: You’ll receive a confirmation once the repair is complete. You can either arrange to collect your item or opt for delivery to your location (shipping costs will be detailed on the invoice).
