When courier company failed to reach me , the sales team ( Liesel) was prompt in responding to emails and assisting in getting my product delivered. And generally runaround time from purchase to delivery is short - took less than 5 days for me besides delivery guy getting lost ..I loved the service though overall .

Courier company delayed delivery by a day (I live in Kathu, Northern Cape and from time of order placement to delivery was already very fast - only 3 days) and Natasha followed up with DSV on my behalf. Excellent service and follow-up! I was kept up-to-date wrt the shipping and was very impressed with the item after opening the box. It looked like a brand new vacuum cleaner and all expendable items on it were replaced with new items. The vacuum cleaner performs like a charm, cleaning while we are not even at home. What a pleasure, thank you very much. Well worth the effort.
