I bought this hoping that it would perform as advertised, which it did and then some. The automapping feature is fantastic, and the technology (lidar radar) works precisely as described. The mopping works well, the auto empty feature works great, and the machine is far smarter than the previous generations of robot vacs. I could see this machine costing double what they are charging and still being underpriced. Each component feels quality, down to the smallest details. This is really a great value. 5 stars.

Extremely happy with this product. We have 4 dogs who sheds a lot and with a vacuum and mop early morning and a vacuum late afternoon my puppies are welcome to be in the house. I wish I purchased this product much earlier. It would have saved me from vacuuming for hours culminating to weeks of my life! Now the cleaning can focus on other areas in the house…

Jarvis, great product

One week with Jarvis has been great. Very good movement from tiles to carpets! Loadshedding makes him confused because he then undocks or can't find it. Otherwise still very happy!!

Very happy with this - it's really smart, maps well, scheduled clean works like clockwork. Eats small toys and teaspoons etc. so you need to clear up before it cleans or it gets stuck - it will send a message on the app if it gets stuck though, and the vacuum voice tells you when something goes wrong. The base station suction is a little loud, but only for a few seconds and not any louder than I would have expected. Could handle load shedding better - when power goes out, it leaves the base station to look for the base station, which is a bit weird. Lands up parking off half a metre away from the base station, and doesn't return when the power comes on again, but still does the scheduled clean when the time comes, so not a big deal. Does still work when the power of off - just won't get back to the base station when it's done. With a name like "Jarvis" you would think it would have a male voice, but no. Would have been super cool if they used the Jarvis voice from Iron Man, but what can you do... App is ok - takes some fiddling to figure out how to edit maps and stuff - could have been more user friendly but once you get it, it's easy enough.
