Great and trusted service.

Place an order on a Tuesday, it arrived Wednesday morning the next day. Was skeptical at first because you don't get shipping details immediately, but their customer service will contact you with a slip after payment. Later once your package has been share with a courier service, you will receive a tracking number where you will be able to track the package.

There are 2 minor issues I came across but they were a minor inconvenience. Since the product is a parallel import, the power cable is not local (SA) so either you get a new cable or send it back for another console. The other issue is I had a Fortnite voucher which would give me free skins and V bucks but the voucher doesn't work in my region (RSA) so my voucher was useless but I'm not mad about it as I'm not that big a Fortnite fan.

i was more worried about being scammed and the package arriving as it was my first time buying from them. I was so skeptical but they delivered a lot earlier than expected, so I can confidently say I trust them.
